Executive Committee:

This committee acts under the direction and control of the Board of Trustees and is responsible for the management of business and affairs of the FEDC.

This committee serves as a vehicle giving surety that Fostoria, Ohio will remain a culturally and economically diverse American community that works and cares by: improving our quality of life, strengthening public and private partnerships and fostering sustained commitment with government, industry, labor and education.

Membership Committee:

This committee handles member recruitment, member retention, membership surveys, assists with changes to the FEDC web site and marketing materials. It surveys membership to assess their satisfaction with programs and economic development issues.

Downtown Revitalization:
Chairman - Bridgett Gamby-Mundy, BMundy@BVHealthSystem.org
This committee focuses on the historic commercial core and civic heart of the community by using the Main Street Four Point Approach to Downtown Revitalization, which links preservation with design, economic restructuring and promotions.

CIC Committee:
Chairman - Mayor John Davoli, Mayordavoli@aol.com
The purpose of Fostoria’s Community Improvement Corporation is to advance, encourage and promote industrial, economic, commercial and civic development within the city of Fostoria, Ohio and Perry, Loudon, Jackson and Washington Townships.

Industrial Park Committee:

Works in conjunction with the economic development office to review city properties and services, determine present and future needs for establishing future industrial park(s).

Nominations Committee:

This committee is responsible for making recommendations to the Board of Trustees for annual elections of officers.

Annual Mtg. Committee:
Chairman - Joan Reinhard, FostoriaED@aol.com
This committee chooses the theme of Annual Meetings, establishes the program solicits sponsorships and works with the FEDC office to arrange logistics.

Allies Advisory Committee:
Chairman - Joan Reinhard, FostoriaED@aol.com

This committee serves as communications forum for FEDC allies including local economic developers.
